- Your Username is your new student/staff email address Example :
For example it will be usually a 8 digit number @student.hkue.edu.hk That is if you student ID is 12345678 then your email address is 12345678@student.hkue.edu.hk - For Students your default password is 6 Digit of your HKID card.

If you HKID Card Number is A123456/7 Then your default password is 123456
